Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and target-driven commercial sales consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the US market. Your primary objective will be to generate revenue and drive customer acquisition within the SMB segment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential SMB customers in the US market through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling product presentations to SMB prospects. Understand their pain points, tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements, and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries promptly, and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, following up on opportunities, and updating the CRM system. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Sales Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed the monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the SMB segment. Continuously work towards achieving revenue goals and maximizing customer acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Prior Sales experience of minUSD 500k and above
  • Thorough understanding of IT Industry amp; Services (US Preferred)
  • Familiar with CRM
  • Exceptional and clear communication skills; telephone manner/etiquette must be highly proficient and persuasive
  • Fluency in English; written, verbal and reading comprehension
