Role: Sales Manager
Job description - Identifying prospective clients, maintaining cordial relations with them to sustain profitability of the business. - Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient services. Handling customer grievances and resolving issues. - Formulating strategies for bidding in public and private tenders. - Preparing Techno-commercial proposal and Detail Project Report for solar projects (off-grid). - Explore opportunities for tie-ups to form joint venture with local companies. - Keeping a watch on the competitors strategies through Market research and benchmarking prices with competitors - To monitor the progress for project completion and liaison with the customers for giving as well as receiving feedback. - Acquire new customers through proactive inside sales efforts and on field sales visits - Record lead details and outcomes accurately in CRM - Conduct tailored product demonstrations - Collaborate with sales team to devise effective strategies - Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals - Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas - Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)- Prepare reports on account status The candidate : An ideal candidate for this role has - 2+ years of sales experience, focusing on consultative selling - Strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills - Proficient in research tools and effective sales techniques to understand customer accounts deeply - Motivated team player comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth settingJob tags
