Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible for gathering and understanding of business needs (BSC) and translating them for effective implementation/achievement.
2.Monitor the health of the projects through data analysis of the RM with areas for improvement/correction
3.Assist the Product Owner (IT Team/HR/Solution Design) and business in prioritization and effective implementation of cost-effective processes and system solutions i.e. M360, Presence Management etc
4.Effectively collate, update and document systems with report, MIS and business process changes for business.
5.Track the progress of contract renewals in terms of rate revision, agreement/addendums on time, resolution of escalations and cost saving initiatives
6.Support in business growth by organising discussions with stakeholders to identify business process improvement, additional scope in existing projects and cost saving opportunities
