Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will manage HR policies, employee benefits administration, HR management, and the employee lifecycle. The Generalist will also be responsible for contributing to developing HR policies and procedures.

Role Requirements

• Recruitment experience in the Media Industry
• Employee Onboarding
• Experience with employee lifecycle management
• Expertise in managing HR policies and employee benefits administration
• HR Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is desirable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as an HR Generalist

Work Model: Onsite(Deployed at Client Site)

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work hours: 11 am to 8 pm
