Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and analyse structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and trends.
- Design and build machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify relevant features and variables.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and technology.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling, and data mining techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with big data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
