Job description
The Analyst Relations (AR) function at Wipro is dedicated towards managing Wipro’s perception and positioning with industry and technology analysts worldwide. The Analyst Relations Assistant Manager will be responsible for helping us grow and nurture our relationships with industry analysts across the world and responding to competitive assessments that span across services and industries and have a high impact on our market positioning while driving insights from those industry analysts into the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the analyst relations program working in close collaboration with Global Business Line leads and Wipro Marketing leads .
- Evaluations – Respond to RFIs, support briefings collaborating with practices, strategic market units and internal teams.
- Analyst Interactions – Lead communications with analysts, driving briefing and inquiry engagement creation for key SMEs.
- Strategy – Enhance perception within analysts’ community by cultivating and curating strategic insights for leadership.
- Utilize inquiry to understand customer insights, competitive threats and packaging/pricing.
- Drive insights deeper into the business via post-briefing and post-evaluation debriefs.
- Collaborate and elevate AR successes.
- Leverage and promote analyst research and evaluative reports across the organization including laddering evaluation results to leadership.
- Connect with marketing to support delivery of reports, compliance, etc.
- Facilitate analyst interactions at industry and analyst events etc.
- Market positioning activities not limited to events & branding, websites & collaterals, thought leadership and content generation for integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ladder results up to offices of the CMO and CGO
- Network with leadership teams across practices, sales, delivery, operations, marketing, finance, HR etc.
- Support organization-level collaboration your business line .
- Support Analyst Relations team growth.
Qualifications:
Expected Qualification / Experience
- Total relevant experience: 5-8 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering from a respected university; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing & Analyst Relations / Corporate Development & Strategy / Partner Marketing + Management / Corporate Communications or similar roles.
- Good understanding of the modern application services market, clientele, competitors, industry analysts.
- Good analytic skills, demonstrated ability to focus, synthesize and handle multiple and ambiguous tasks.
- Creative knack for storytelling, documentation, and presentation of facts and figures .
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, ability to represent Wipro.
- Ability to network, a team player, and a go-getter .
