Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Connect And Conversion professional to join our team at Cotton Concepts (CC). As a Customer Connect And Conversion specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers and converting leads into sales. This role requires a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in customer handling and telemarketing. The job location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in customer conversion and handling
  • Experience in telemarketing and lead generation
  • Familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS) for tracking customer information
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional customer service
  • Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations based on their requirements
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and negotiation
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing customers, tracking their preferences and purchase history
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Prepare reports and insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and market trends
