Job description
Responsibilities: Scheduling and calendar management for the Executive team Administrative support for day-to-day operations. Organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements (hotel, flight, car rental, etc.) and co-ordinating expense reports. Ad hoc tasks to meet project and initiative requirements. Efficiently manage the executive team's schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and provide essential administrative support.
Good to Have: Minimum 5 years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience Experience in a startup environment is preferable Experience with a global workforce, communicating cross-culturally and cross-functionally is also preferable Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders Demonstrate a high level of discretion in handling confidential information Proactive and enthusiastic, with a can do attitude Exceptional organisational skills People-centric with excellent interpersonal skills High Emotional Intelligence Professional demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership teamsJob tags
