Role: End User Computing Engineer

Job Location: Mumbai

• Overall 10+ years of exp with relevant 3+ years of experience in Intune engineering , NOT administration (this means designing and building within Intune, not simply performing administrative activities on elements that already exist)
• Good knowledge of SCCM, O365
• Strong experience in Azure stack technologies such as MS Defender for Endpoint
• Strong experience in Endpoint Security (e.g. MS Defender, Firewall, Attack Surface Reduction, Endpoint Privilege Management, Vulnerability and Patch Management
• Exposure to modern device provisioning technologies such as MS Autopilot
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with global support experience

End User Compute engineers are responsible for service innovation and operational stability, achieving these through analysis and solutioning. An engineer is expected to be strategically focused at all times, also looking at automation opportunities with the current services to simplify the operational model.

Engineers will assist in the formulation of platform strategy, able to validate input with quantifiable market research/analysis. The engineer should expect to spend much of the day analyzing current services, identifying/communicating operational improvements, and assisting in the delivery. The Senior Engineer will take end to end ownership of engineering assignments including BAU and project driven work.

Candidates should expect to assist offshore engineering groups, able to communicate (in English) platform architectures/operational processes and remediation skills.

Senior Engineers are expected to work closely with the EUC Technical Leadership team to assist in the definition of EUC strategy, optimization and stability. They should also act as mentors for offshore Operations Engineers teams
