We provide SaaS in the HR industry, catering to on-demand staffing solutions across four industries: Hospitality, Business Support, Events, and Logistics. Our goal is to help people find the job that fits their life only at Troopr. We are located in Mumbai, India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Field Sales Representative role located in Mumbai. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, meeting sales targets, and building customer relationships. The Field Sales Representative will also work closely with the Troopr team to develop sales strategies and provide insights into customers' needs.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the HR industry or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
