DEAR APPLICANT

HEALTHTRIP is recruiting "Executive for Directors” on urgent basis. POST: - Executive for Directors LOCATION: -Delhi

COMPANY:-Healthtrip enables users to find and avail the best medical treatment across India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE and Turkey, including booking flights, hotels, interpreters and getting tele consults, medicine delivery and medical loans. Healthtrip is also launching a cross border health insurance in Bangladesh which will offer coverage on international treatments.

Responsibilities: Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact for the Director, managing communication and correspondence. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the Director. Project Management: Assist in planning and coordinating projects under the Director's purview. Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and meetings. Ensure logistical details are well-managed, including venue arrangements, catering, and materials. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed by the CEO/Director, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Meeting Preparation: Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations, ensuring the CEO/Director is well-prepared for engagements. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. · Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. · Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. · High level of professionalism and integrity. · Previous experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
