Description
Must have hands on expertise in using 1D, 2D and 3D tolerance analysis by methods like Hand calculations and Software tools like CE-To Working knowledge on statistical tolerance analysis, RSS, MRSS, etc. Knowledge in application of GD&T Principles as per ISO/ASME standards Knowledge on DFM and DFA Knowledge of fabrication processes, producibility enhancements, and inspection and validation methods Skills Proficiency in understanding DFMEA, DVP&R, PFMEA etc. Proficiency with CAD modeling – preferably CREO Basic understanding on different stages of a New product development process Experience in Inspection and Validation methods & tools and basic understanding FAIR reports.
