Job Description: The OEM Business Development Manager, while taking accountability for several key customers, will Front end the business relationship with OEMs in E-Vehicles space, drive revenue growth by identifying new partnership opportunities. Lead efforts in converting OEM who currently use competitor products to adopt our solutions.

Build and deepen relationships with existing and new OEMs and oversee proper planning, execution and monitoring of all aspects of the company’s First fill and Service Fill sales strategy. The goal of the Business Development Manager is to create OEM connects to Sales for Lithium Batteries the business and increase revenue.

Key Accountabilities:

Key Account Management and building & sustaining relationships with large customers. Develop plans for

New business opportunities,

market penetration/reach in respective region to improve the market share. Provide information on competitors through market intelligence and suggest strategies. Customer identification, Generating & Converting the lead in sales. Preparation of monthly, weekly and daily progress reports Developing channel to drive sales of focus products Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales. To achieve sales & collection targets.

Experience and Education:

Education

B.Tech/B.E/MBA in Electrical / Automobile. Electric Vehicles & related ecosystem and emerging technologies knowledge will be desirable.

Experience Having 5+ years of automotive OEM sales management with at least 3 years of OEM sales experience is a critical expectation Customer and channel management experience. Proven cross functional project management experience and working within multilayers of an organization. Proven experience in the execution of marketing programs. Experience in the management of programs and offers.

Own Vehicle Mandatory

This job requires the candidate to be located in or ready to relocate to Delhi - NCR and work on-site.
