Job description
- To be able to support the LMI program at GBS Bangalore by making our business processes more efficient through implementation of improvement projects building people capabilities through LSS training
- Also, as a part of the LMI community at GBS Bangalore, play an active role in driving various Innovations initiatives
YOUR TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for prioritization and coordination with operational team members to drive continuous improvement projects across the site.
- Support monitor operations to make it Measurable, Repeatable and Predictable
- Establish baseline and target metrics for key processes to drive cost effective improvements.
- Create client ( internal) centric roadmap and transform organization to intelligent operation.
- Implement systems and processes that deliver improvements
- Innovate with the client ( internal) to drive value to them
- Ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.
- Design solution (Automation Process improvements) that are modular and can be replicated.
- Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like LEAN Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients ( internal)
- Provides support for initial and ongoing Lean events (Kaizens, Value Stream Mapping, and Lean training) to ensure consistency and proper application of Lean tools processes
- Coach, train and deploy human centered thinking based on LSS concepts
WHO YOU ARE:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in accounting, Business Administration or Equivalent.
- 5 - 7 years of overall experience in relevant industries (Financial Services, etc) - with hands on experience handling data driven decisions
- Must have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in driving Transformation or Process improvement
- Six Sigma, Green Belt/ Black Belt Certified.
- Awareness of the different FA domains - S2P, RTR, OTC, etc would be preferable
- Experienced in handling projected based on different Automation tools like: Ui-Path, VBA etc
- Excellent analytical skills, self-driven result Oriented
- Person should be high on energy high standards
- Good communication skills
- Logical reasoning, ability to take decisions on process matters and navigate
- Independent worker who can plan work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Good Problem-Solving Skills and should be able to provide solutions
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to develop good relations with team members/stakeholders Demonstrate Customer centricity
