About the department
The position is based in Digital Workplace product area department, part of Global IT Operations (GITO), Digital, Data and IT(DD&IT). The GITO Digital Workplace APAC department is a self-empowered unit based out of Bangalore, India working in an agile setup with global product teams for various digitalisation, communication, collaboration, and automation IT platforms. The growing team constitutes of experienced Digital Collaborations and platform Service Managers, IT Architects, Technical and Business Analysts who work together with our Danish and US team to cater to Digital workplace requirements for Novo Nordisk employees. As an area we are responsible for Microsoft 365 Platforms, Power Platform, Novo Nordisk Meeting experience and collaboration technologies, Computing and Mobile platforms and devices. Together we focus on how to build a great digital workplace while ensuring stable and secure operations.
The Position
As an Operation Analyst II – M365 and information protection, you will be responsible for:
Qualifications
Bachelors’ or Masters in relevant field with a minimum of 3+ years of experience with IT Product/Service industry.
