We also have highest funding valuation, making it one of the highest valued companies in India at the seed stage. The business plans to transform the homebuyer journey in real estate from a cumbersome and painful process that is completely out of sync with the digital economy. It is building a fully integrated online to offline system to make real estate transactions delightful, rather than painful as they currently are. Using data science and proprietary algorithms, the company will also allow clients to compare properties fairly and price transparency will lead to higher transactions in the industry. The digital products will also allow customers to schedule site visits assisted by our experts so as to achieve the highest value and customer service. After home selection, the platform will enable customers multiple digital facilities for processes such as paperwork with developers, stamp duty payments, home loan assistance and registration of the property, all as part of one homebuying experience through one platform, in a seamless manner with full online and offline capability and functionality. Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for growth of the digital pipeline, from aligning briefs with business goals to translating key objectives into an integrated plan. Planning content engagement, contact acquisition and demand generation through email, web, social and targeted advertising. Develop key customer audiences by planning return-user engagement and remarketing experiences Identify critical areas of improvement across the web user journey and funnel while developing plans to address challenges in a rapid and effective manner. Strategize the go-to-market activation plan including channel mix, reach and ROI. Build systems for forecasting, measuring, and reporting on the performance of campaigns. Drive the measurement for marketing ROI to demonstrate digital as an enabler of growth. Evaluate and develop new digital marketing channels and opportunities.
