Job Description - Front Office Executive

As a front office executive with Atlas Chiropractic & Wellness, you would be responsible for coordinating the daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors and patients at the clinic.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients
• Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment repairs & maintenance
• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information
• Schedule appointment for patients with doctors
• Adhere to standard operating procedures during all activities
• Handle patients as they come in and assist in treatment as per agreed protocols
• Ensure stock levels are adequate and place orders as required
• Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision
• Complete accurate documentation of patient visits

Qualifications

Graduate in any field (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational, administrative and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
• Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information
• Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills
