Job description
The ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, budget compilation, and back-up to the accounts payable function.Â

Job Description:
1. The Dy. Manager of accounts and finance will ensure smooth functioning of
day-to-day accounting and finance operations and supervise a team of accounts
department.
2. Will be responsible for book-keeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
payroll, and grants administration.
3. Should ensure all the financial systems and procedures are implemented.
4. Shall support the internal / external auditor with the required information.
5. Should control the budget as per plan and take necessary steps as and when
needed.
6. To ensure all the compliance like GST returns, TDS returns, Advance Tax
planning are calculated accurately and within timelines.
7. Should be able to read & interpret law (tax).
8. Should be able to work on BIS & Import documentation.
9. Should be able to interpret all the financial statements.
10. Should ensure all the statutory compliances are paid well before the due date.
11. Shall keep all the financial and accounting records updated related to vendors /
clients bills / other miscellaneous expenses, etc...
12. Support the Director with the preparation of monthly and annual financial
plans.
13. Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
