Job description
Vertical: HEALTH AGENCY (Variable channel) like APC model
o Achieve Territory Target like Fresh Premium and Renewal Premium, Agents Activation and recruitment, new sales Managers and TSE Grade 1 recruitment through a team of Branch Managers.
o Ensure YOY and MOM Positive growth on Existing Key and Emerging Sales Mangers productivity
o Establish and maintain high standard of sales quality as measured by productivity and ethical sales practices, ensure customer satisfaction-Policy holder.
o Ensuring that the Agency Associate Partners/ Agency Manager's are meeting their team targets as well as individual sales targets.
o Interacting with them regularly to assess their status & push & motivate them to maintain productivity.
o Devising promotional programs for maximum market coverage and reach.
