Job description
Scrutinize land titles and documentations of immovable property and complete due diligence of properties
Coordinate with the team, skip level person in procurement and assessment of legal documents
Coordinate with customers and facilitate smooth registration of documents
Asst in the preparation and completion of compliance checklists non litigation and trackers and risk assessment.
Prepare, draft and finalize verify various agreements, such as sale agreement, agreement to sale, construction agreement, sale deed, lease deed, tripartite agreement, MOUs, NDAs, JDAs, GPAs, notices. Title opinions, etc.
