- Leadership Team with 150+ years of experience with deep India and global exposure in Financial Services, Risk & Technology
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and underwrite risks across loan products.
- Implement and identify risk mitigation strategies.
- Overview credit underwriting across multiple financial products
Portfolio Management:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of financial assets.
- Implement asset allocation and diversification strategies.
- Evaluate and optimize portfolio performance.
Credit Risk Policy:
- Establish and enforce credit risk policies and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain credit assessment criteria and scoring models.
- Participate in the loan approval process and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Analytics:
- Utilize data analysis and statistical techniques to gain insights.
- Develop and implement business intelligence solutions.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
Product Management:
- Contribute to the development and launch of new financial products.
- Conduct market research to inform product positioning and pricing.
- Implement strategies for ongoing product improvement.
Management Reporting:
- Generate and distribute comprehensive financial and operational reports.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide strategic insights to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- CA Freshers can apply.
- Must have NBFC/ Banking experience.
- Min 4 years of experience in underwriting
