We re seeking an IT Branch manager to effectively oversee our branch s operations, functions and staffs
You are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT services, managing a team, and coordinating with other departments to meet the company s technological needs
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks and fostering collaboration.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring systems are maintained and functional.
Allocate and manage the branch s budget effectively for IT operations.
Address complex technical issues and provide guidance for problem resolution.
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
Collaborate with departments to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide team feedback.
Assess new technologies and oversee their implementation within the branch.
Ensure minimal disruption during technology upgrades or system implementations.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify training needs and opportunities for team skill development.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in IT branch management or a similar role.
Strong Leadership and decision-making abilities.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise.
Comprehensive understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
Familiarity with IT policies and industry regulations
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Budget management and resource allocation skills.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their implementation.
Ability to align IT strategies with business objectives.
