Qualifications : BBA, preferred MBA degree with a strong grasp of IT Software or similar certification.

Experience : 2-3 years in Business Development, Operations, and Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager at GFTPL, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities in the UK, US, Australia, and Canada markets. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion:

- Formulate and implement strategies to penetrate and expand our footprint in the UK, US, Australia, and Canada markets.

- Identify potential clients and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.

2. Client Acquisition:

- Proactively engage with potential clients, comprehensively understanding their needs, and tailoring our solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

3. Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain enduring client relationships.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

4. Sales Growth:

- Consistently surpass sales targets through effective lead generation, negotiation, and deal closures.

- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure a cohesive sales process.

5. Market Insights:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

- Provide valuable market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

6. Reporting:

- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the management team.

- Analyze and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

7. Sales Activities:

- Conduct sales calls and cold calls to potential clients.

- Implement email marketing and digital marketing strategies.

- Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and leverage networking skills.

Qualifications:

- Preferred qualifications include a BBA or MBA degree.

- Demonstrated proficiency in IT software and technology solutions.

- Proven 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

- In-depth knowledge of international markets, with a particular focus on the UK, US, Australia, and Canada.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

- Self-driven with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
