Job Description: We are looking for a full-time IT Support Technician to work at our office in Mumbai, India. Roles and Responsibilities: Identifying hardware and software solutions. Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and repairing faults. Resolving desktop, laptop, printer, and network connectivity issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved. Replacing or repairing the necessary parts. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Providing support in the form of procedural documentation. Managing multiple cases at one time. Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment. Requirements: 3-6 years of related work experience in IT Support. BCA / MCA Skills and Expertise: Certification in Microsoft, and/or A+ is advantageous. Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, Windows 10, Windows Server etc. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Experience with Azure virtual desktop environment a huge plus. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication.
