Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Knowledge Manager
In this role, you shall be responsible for Design & implement Talent Match wide change management strategy.
Responsibilities
. Work closely with Track PMO leads to assess change management impact on different stakeholders
. Create mitigation plans to address risks and change management gaps for each solution implementation
. Work closely with communication business partners & track PMO leads to craft communication messages and plan. Execute change communication.
. Craft innovative strategies for change embedment
. Craft change playbooks and program manage change journeys with the help of change champions
. Drive roadshows for organization-wide initiatives
. Work cross-functionally to help influence change without authority
. Help craft end-user experience across solutions
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
. MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field
Preferred qualifications
. Solid problem solving, critical thinking & analytical skills
. Experience in working with senior stakeholders
. Excellent relationship management & influencing skills
. Storytelling & Executive presence
. Program Management
. Ability to get down in the trenches and execute
. Comfort with technology-led transformation
. Comfort with data analysis
. Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses
. Creativity and empathy
