Position Overview-
The Director of Talent Acquisition will be at the helm of our client's talent acquisition efforts, tasked with attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent. This strategic role involves leading a dynamic talent acquisition team, crafting innovative strategies, and partnering with senior leadership to ensure the company remains ahead in a competitive talent market. Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies to secure top talent, focusing on product and engineering roles.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the talent acquisition team to align with the company's ambitious growth and diversity goals.
- Work closely with executive leadership to identify hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Mandatory Requirements-
- A minimum of 12 years in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in recruiting for product and engineering positions.
- Extensive experience in product-based startups and high-velocity environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a talent acquisition team effectively.
- A robust network and deep understanding of the talent landscape within the technology and e-commerce sectors.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for tactical execution and achieving results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.
