Job description
Distribution Manager is responsible or accountable for managing the activities in co-workers area, deliver assigned sales goals and related objectives from the strategic sales plan. he is more responsible for the implementation of activities and analysis of current culture present in team. He handles 5-10 people team.
Job Role:-
# Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority.
# Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality.
# Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross selling and offering suitable finance & accounts,Loans, Debt Management, Optimizeacc Service , Mutual Fund and Individual Tax Services services to the existing customers.
# Develops new and expands existing High Net Worth Customer relationships
for Assets by sourcing customers.
# Sources new customers through external individual efforts and
acquisition channel.
# Cross sells company products to existing set of branch customers.
# Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further
expand the existing as well as new relationship.
# Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective
and existing clients.
# Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to
other products.
# Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
# Tracks customer
complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
# Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance & Accounts And Finance or related disciplines
# At least 3 years relevant experience in the Finance & Accounts and Loans business segment.
# Good knowledge of the corporate Finance & Accounts, Loan products and services
# Familiar with the Accounts & Loan operations and its legal and regulatory requirements
# Previous exposure to the preparation of credit proposals
# Sound interpersonal and communication skills
# Excellent command of both spoken and written Regional Language and English
