Purpose of the Role
The role is to provide and coordinate high-quality administrative support to the executive team
Principal Responsibilities
- Managing daily routine administrative & secretarial duties
- Coordinate between departments
- First point of contact to all the internal and external communications
- Calendar Management & screening calls for appointments & meetings
- Travel arrangements - ticket booking hotel stay and cab bookings for visits
- Multiple tasks to handle with their importance & priority on a timely basis
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
Education and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal skills
- Any Graduate / Post graduate
