Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Jalandhar. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting executives with administrative tasks, including creating and managing expense reports, providing executive support, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent Follow-up skills
• Experience with creating and managing various reports
• Strong executive support skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience working in a manufacturing industry is a plus
