Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at our Chennai location. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, and managing customer data in our CRM system. The Caller will also be responsible for achieving call and appointment targets, following-up with customers, and maintaining call logs and reports.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field is preferred
