Job Position: Sr. Exe - Talent Acquisition
Work days: 6 days in a week

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Responsible for Creating , Following And adhering the organisation Talent Acquisition process.
● Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
● Filling positions within the TAT .
● Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
● Handling of administration and record-keeping.
● Drafting, creating & alignment of Job Descriptions in line with organisation requirements.
● Drafting and posting job descriptions on various portals, company career page, Social Media.
● Interviewing candidates.
● Preparing job offers.
● Networking with various institutions and social media.
● Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
● Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
● Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
● Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Prerequisites and Qualifications
● Should have around 4- 8 years of experience in same domain
● Should be MBA in HR & Marketing
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Excellent networking skills, Should be creative to find new ways to source the right candidates.
● should have excellent communication & Negotiation skills.
