Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Varanasi. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as managing and organizing appointments, providing administrative support to the team, coordinating with external stakeholders, maintaining records and files, managing emails, and responding to phone inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
