Fabulous Media is seeking a motivated and dynamic Digital Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to educate our employees on the latest digital trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive training materials, such as presentations and online tutorials, to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in digital media.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized programs to meet those needs.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops and webinars, both in person and virtually.
- Regularly evaluate and update training programs to ensure they align with industry standards and company goals.
- Assist in the onboarding and continuous development of new employees by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Stay informed about the latest digital media trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in digital media, instructional design, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital media, preferably in a training role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand training materials.
- Strong knowledge of various digital media platforms, tools, and software.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and web-based training software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
