• The Sales & Service Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Service departments assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• The ideal candidate will be detailoriented proactive and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  

Requirements

1.Searching and identifying our Relevant tenders

2. Preparing the Tender Bids

3. Submitting them in Eprocurement Platforms

4. Follow up with Customers

5. Handling customer Negotiations

6. Finalising the Contracts

7. Order Acceptances and ensuring ontime delivery

8. Submission of Documentation related to Dispatch

9. Payments Follow up
