Job description

Who we are looking for

An experienced leader responsible for managing a team of reporting specialists to ensure State Street’s regulatory disclosures are filed in a complete, timely and accurate manner. The candidate should be detail oriented and analytic with a robust understanding of US Regulatory framework.

The candidate will bring strong communication, analytical and technical skills to the role to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the regulatory reports to management and to regulators. The individual will work closely with a geographically diverse team to build relationships, drive cross-functional projects and ensure compliance with various oversight groups. Additionally, the candidate will liaise closely with a number of US based regulators on a regular basis and represent State Street in meetings with the regulators.

In this role you will execute on disclosure regulations across various products and will be responsible for implementing new disclosure regulations, driving reporting data strategy, designing key controls and associated risk framework.
