ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a focus on B2B sales to lead our expanding sales team.
As a Sales Manager - B2B, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance sales culture within the organization. This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead by example, inspire a team, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve B2B sales objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving revenue growth.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Personally engage with key B2B clients and decision-makers to build relationships and close strategic deals.
- Oversee the acquisition and retention of B2B clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance overall customer experience.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
6. Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the B2B sales budget.
- Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
7. Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize market intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintain Lawyered's competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS
1) Essential:
- Proven track record of 5-7 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].
2) Desirable:
- Experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain, legal-tech or related industry.
- Advanced degree in business or a related field.
