Attero is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Attero is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries. The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America. Job Summary We are a leading recycling company focused on Lithium-Ion battery and e-waste recycling and specialize in the processing and recovery of various metals. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled metals sales expert to join our team. The person will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our recycled metals and other materials to customers in various industries and geographies. Your expertise in the metals market, strong communication skills, and ability to negotiate effectively will be essential in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities: Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base for recycled materials. Sales and Revenue Generation Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling recycled materials. Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to maximize revenue. Sales Reporting and Analysis Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to management Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and the competitive landscape related to recycled metals. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new market segments, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications: Engineering background. An MBA will be preferred. Experience in metal sales or related sectors such as metal/ material trading. Strong knowledge of metals. Familiarity with metal pricing mechanisms and global metal markets is advantageous. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs and present compelling sales proposals. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies accordingly. Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities. Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers and attend industry events.
