Looking for candidates with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Previous experience in Sales DMC for UK and Europe (Selling Travel packages to these destination)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients, such as travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators. This involves understanding their requirements, addressing their inquiries promptly, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Booking and Reservation Management: Handling the end-to-end process of booking and managing reservations for B2B clients. This includes coordinating with suppliers, negotiating rates, ensuring accurate bookings, and promptly resolving any issues or changes that arise.

3. Supplier Management: Developing and managing relationships with suppliers such as hotels, OTAs, transportation providers, and tour operators. This involves negotiating contracts, securing favorable rates and terms, ensuring quality service delivery, and resolving any supplier-related issues that may arise.

4. Revenue Generation: Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth within the B2B segment. This may involve upselling additional services, negotiating contracts or packages to maximize revenue, and exploring new business opportunities with existing and potential B2B clients.

5. Market Research and Analysis: Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry practices within the B2B travel segment. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand client preferences, and provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports, analyzing data, and providing regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B operations. This includes monitoring performance metrics, identifying trends, and presenting insights to management for informed decision-making and process improvements
