Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of our office and factory. Manage vendor relations and procurement of office and factory supplies. Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, visa coordination, etc. Manage housekeeping, security, facilities management, utility bills, etc. Responsibility for operations and maintenance of equipments, machinery, buildings, electricals, vehicles, and other facilities of the company Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings. Implementing SOPs, various checklist and reports. Internal modification of facility, planning, preparing the layout, BOQ preparing, vendor selection and execution of works. Oversee general factory compliance matters, such as organizing fire drills and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Handling of government agencies related to Facility maintenance. Support the HR in organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining a positive work environment. Prepare and maintain reports related to administrative functions as required. All other specific admin related task as per the requirement from time to time.

Requirements Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, Power Point, and MS Project Graduation (Preferably Electrical / Mechanical Engineering) with 4 to 6 years of experience in Facility Management and Administration in manufacturing industry. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, Labor laws and related statutory compliances.
