Job description

1. Excellent research skills, effective communication, and an eye for detail.

2. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships with the Customer .

3. Liaise with Customer to drive our commercial targets while taking care of Delivery & Quality related topics effectively.

4. Help plants to ensure customer account PQDSM related matters in check and maintain L1 status continuously. Ensuring (with the help of external TPM support/consultant) plants to progress in this journey - Keep giving right trigger s to the BU Head if things are not progressing in an acceptable manner at any of the plants .

5. Liaise with R & D team and respective Strategic Key Account team to ensure continuous communication/dialog between the teams which can bring out new business opportunities to Varroc.

6. Driving VAVE proposals effectively through Strategic Key Account with an objective to have a Win Win situation.

7. Ensure right level of participation in cluster meetings and conventions. Keep a TAP on various awards that plant must eye to on a YOY basis.

8. Manage a BU level clear dashboard tracking all below issues with respect to the Strategic Key Account and keep providing timely information if any support needed from the EC level.

a. Plant level PQDSM, ensuring L1 ranking for all plants, ensuring that plants are taking forward the TPM philosophy in true spirit.

b. Constant updates on claims submission, obsolescence issues, amortization issues, SOB related issues

c. Monthly Spare parts and VOR performance per plant

10 . - Person must have very good interpersonal relationship skills will have to interact with many agencies and get the job done internally as well as

externally

- Should be able to bring enough seniority to face Customer independently on a day-to-day basis

- Should have extraordinary administrative skills to ensure seamless connect between various plants, functions & customer contact points

- Should be able to drive Varroc concerns in front of Customer effectively and get to a win-win situation for both
