Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Dehradun. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills in analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Lead generation through various marketing channels
- Market research to identify potential clients and competitors
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Experience in E-commerce or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
