Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Akshar Staffing. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment
- Knowledge of healthcare roles, responsibilities, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing candidates
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes to effectively source candidates.
- Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to achieve recruitment goals.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.
