Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Product Manager who will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive solutions for specific business problems within our B2B SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS product management, platform technology, and experience in building data-driven products. They will excel in solution-oriented problem-solving, working cross-functionally with various teams, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive solutions that effectively address specific business problems or sets of problems within our B2B SaaS platform.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and other teams to understand business needs, pain points, and gaps in current solutions. Work cross-functionally to align on key strategies and ensure all components of the solution are encompassed.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the solution, including pricing, positioning, and communication plans to effectively launch and promote the solution to the target audience.
  • Data-driven Approach: Leverage experience in building data-driven products to drive critical technical and business decisions. Utilize applied ML/AI solutions where applicable to enhance the effectiveness of the solution.
  • Platform Technology Expertise: Utilize expertise in platform technology, including .NET and SQL, to develop solutions that align with the platform's capabilities and infrastructure.
  • Metrics and Impact: Focus on communicating the metrics and impact of the work, rather than tactical items. Demonstrate a passion for data and building insights to drive decision-making and measure the success of the solution.
  • Product Development Knowledge: Communicate deep knowledge of product development processes, including data flow, processes, and technical specifications. Conduct deep dives into the technical aspects of the solution to ensure a thorough understanding.

This Role Requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a focus on solution-oriented problem-solving.
  • Experience in platform product management and building data-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of platform technologies such as .NET and SQL.
  • Experience with Applied ML/AI solutions is desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful solutions to market.
