Position / Role: Asst. General Manager / Sales Manager (Showroom Manager) for an automobile company

The desired candidate should have at least 12-15 years of experience in hardcore automobile passenger car sales only in a leading company with a team handling experience of at least 50-60 employees in the last 05-07 years

Experience: At least 12-15 yrs in Automobile Passenger Car Sales Only (Mass segment experience will be preferred)

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Age: Max. 45 yrs (Preferred)

Job Location: Ranchi (Jharkhand)

CTC: INR 08-10 LPA (Negotiable)

Report: VP-Sales & Managing Director

• Must be a proactive, systematic, technology-friendly team leader who drives & motivates his team to achieve targets and maintain a high degree of customer delight

Jobs Responsibilities

• He would be responsible for heading the passenger car outlets with 50-60 employees and be responsible for sales profitability & to achieve the sales target of all outlets as well as its overall administration
• Should proactively analyze data & lead his team & ensure a high customer delight score
• Actively looks at Sales MIS reports
