Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Good knowledge on Application Monitoring using Dynatrace, Grafana
Able to manage incidents, escalate on time.
Able to drive Critical calls with client.
Must work in rotational shifts, 24X7
Must have knowledge on Problem management.
Must have excellent communication Skills.
Mandatory Skills :
Member should have hands on APM tools(Appdynamics or Dynatrace or Grafana) and must have good communication skills to handle client calls Candidate should have experience on handling P1 and P2 bridges
Basic knowledge on Applications preferably banking applications
