Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Engineer located in Mumbai. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Engineer is to handle customer inquiries, generate quotations, and provide technical support to customers. The Inside Sales Engineer will also be responsible for sales engineering and sales support. He will support all queries of dealers and also handle B2B sites such as Indiamart etc

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Sales experience
• Ability to generate quotations and handle customer and dealer inquiries
• Strong technical support and sales engineering skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
