Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will manage the sales process from lead generation to closure by building relationships with prospects and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze market trends, and manage a team of sales representatives. Be fully accountable for the growth of GP (gross profit) across these modes and in line with a structured sales scheme. Participate in market campaigns and understand related literature. Responsible for price & service negotiation with Customers & Vendors. Responsible for offering quotes to prospective & current clients with management approval as per schedule fixed by customer. Develop good rapport with clients & prospects. Carry out market research to identify the current trend in the market with related to logistics sales & inform management time to time. Should send MIS reports related to sales on daily, weekly & monthly basis as per schedule fixed. Prepare Sales Forecast & Budget & submit to the management as per schedule.

Qualifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills Previous experience in an Air & Sea / Ocean sales role and in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding. Commercially focused with a strong passion for customer service. Self-motivated and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit. Has the ability to be a self-starter, build own sales pipeline as well as manage customer accounts and relationships. Proven sales experience in the logistics industry Ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Experience managing a team of sales representatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
