Training and Development Manager

Job description

Your role in the team

What you'll do

- Own, implement and deliver a long term training and development strategy for IGs Global client servicing teams
- Build and develop a strong team structure to efficiently deliver on our global servicing TD requirements
- Aligning the training and development strategy for all client servicing departments to IGs Service Objectives and KPIs including capability building and identifying areas for staff development
- Evaluate Client Servicing training requirements - work with Subject Matter Experts/Specialists/Senior Leadership to design solutions
- Lead strategic training initiatives as planned to develop high potential staff with Trading Services
- Plan annual training and development budgets to ensure optimum utilization of allocated budget
- Plan and lead execution of end-to-end onboarding and service training process for our global teams
- Manage internal and external stakeholders for quality and effectiveness of training
- Manage progressive training programs like Advanced Product Test (APT) and TET (Trade Execution Test) across all service departments
