Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Positive attitude and a passion for sales

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team
  • Manage and update customer and prospect databases
  • Handle sales inquiries and provide necessary information to clients
  • Support the sales team in maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Track sales activities, monitor sales performance, and generate sales reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
