Job Title: Product Owner/Manager - AI/ML, LLM, Gen AI

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid Model)

Experience: 8 to 14 years

Availability: Immediate joiner or 30 days' notice period max

Job Description:

As a seasoned Product Owner with 8 to 14 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML, LLM, and Gen AI solutions. Based in Bengaluru and working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring a balance between short-term deliverables and long-term innovation.

2)Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
• Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand.

3)Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with development, design, and data science teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting communication and transparency across teams.

4)Product Delivery:

• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure on-time delivery.

5)Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI/ML, LLM, and Gen AI.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights to shape the product strategy.

6)Stakeholder Communication:

• Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and incorporate it into the product development process.

7)Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• AI/ML Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies and applications.
• LLM (Legal Lifecycle Management): Understanding of legal processes and technologies related to LLM.
• Gen AI: Familiarity with General AI concepts and applications.
• Product Ownership: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a successful track record of delivering complex products.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
